By signing up to Sure Credit, you agree to the following: After your 14 day free trial, your subscription will automatically renew on a monthly basis at £24.95 per month unless you cancel before the trial expires. You authorise us to charge your payment method on file for the recurring subscription fee.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not meet these criteria or who provides inaccurate information.
New members are eligible for a 14 day free trial. During the free trial period, you will have full access to our service at no cost. You may cancel at any time during the free trial without incurring any charges.
If you do not cancel before the end of the free trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid monthly membership at £24.95 per month. The first payment will be taken on the day following the end of your free trial.
Your subscription will automatically renew each month until cancelled. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your online account, by contacting our customer service team by email at hello@surecredit.co.uk, by phone at 0330 335 8509, or by visiting app.surecredit.co.uk/cancel-request.
By subscribing to our service, you authorise us to charge the payment method provided during registration. Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. We accept Visa and Mastercard.
If a payment fails, we may retry the charge. If payment continues to fail, we may suspend or terminate your access to the service.
You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellations made during the free trial period will not result in any charges. If you cancel after the free trial has expired, you will not be charged for subsequent months, but no refund will be issued for the current billing period.

The credit data included in your report is provided by TransUnion International UK Limited. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data. If you believe there is an error in your credit report, you should contact TransUnion directly.
Access to credit data is subject to successful identity verification. We cannot guarantee that all applicants will be able to access their credit report through our service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law.
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by email or through our website. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
